Cheryl was great. We were moving from our if State so we relied on her for local knowledge( we don't have basements where we lived) and for being our eyes when looking at the house as we did video walk through. She was able to guide us every step of the way.

I have known Cheryl for quite awhile because of a special friend. Also she had sold another friend house and they was very happy with the result that she had given them.
